D&C Landlsip Rehab – Booroobin

NPG was awarded the design and construction of a gabion basket retaining structure for landslip occurring at Booroobin, in the north region of the Moreton Bay Regional Council. The project required the geotechnical investigation and design of a 136m3 gabion basket wall with pavement reinstatement and the inclusion of a guardrail structure along the road length of the affected area. The works included:

• Erosion and Sediment Control
• Traffic Control
• Clearing and Grubbing
• Gabion Basket install
• Pavement and Sealing works
• Guardrail install
• Landscaping

The works were completed without any safety incidents and delivered in line with budget and quality.
