NPG Civil was brought on board to manage the site works including Supervision, cost control, scheduling, quality control and Client Relations. Managing changing scope, shifting PAU departure dates to site, the project called for a flexible work group to deliver mechanical and electrical scopes of work in tight time frames with detailed documentation for quality control reference when completed and delivered to site. We were successful in completing all skids prior to the completion date and had zero delays to departure date, all this while maintaining a safety record of zero LTI’s over the life of the project.
